Please remember, bouncy castles cannot be used on artificial grass. We’ll always try and accommodate any soft play and bouncy castle hire requests the best we can but we recommend booking in advance as we get fully booked. If hiring a bouncy castle, please check that you understand set-up will need to be on flat real grass, in good weather (no high winds or rain) or inside with a hall height of 11ft. If hiring soft play outside, a back-up plan in bad weather is needed for example a covered marquee or moved inside

The soft play and bouncy castle were really lovely and clean, with the additional option to personalise - which was a bonus. Liz was excellent with communication, which made planning for our event so much easier. We had an Under-the-sea theme soft play and bouncy castle and it fitted so perfectly with my daughter’s 1st birthday party. Would definitely recommend and book them again!
